This Friday I’ll be playing in a venue in Austin I’ve wanted to play in for a long time. Hard Proof somehow will fit into the Continental Gallery (upstairs from the Continental Club) and for only $5 you’ll get to hear a bunch of new stuff we just recorded, but haven’t performed live. 10pm.

3 rehearsals this week for three gigs with 3 bands. Friday night I’m at the Parish with Hard Proof (playing a mostly Fela Kuti set) at 10pm and Heartbyrne (playing an all Talking Heads set) at midnight. Sunday, it’s some church thing with a brass ensemble (wish me luck on that one).
